This policy explains what this site stores in your browser, which outside services your browser contacts before and after you answer the cookie banner, and how to change that answer.

Who is responsible for this site
FormaItalia B.V., Via Roma 78, 20121 Milano MI, Italy, decides which tools run on this site and what they may store. Questions about this policy go to info@company-formation-in-italy.com. How we handle the personal data that reaches us, from a form, an email or a payment, is set out in our privacy policy.
What runs before you choose
These items are strictly necessary: the site cannot be delivered, protected or remember your answer without them. None of them sets an analytics cookie.
- Your answer to the banner. When you accept or reject analytics, the answer is kept in your browser's local storage under one key,
fi-consent-v1, so the banner does not return on every page. - Cloudflare, which delivers the site. Cloudflare serves every page and screens requests for attacks and abuse. It measures nothing about your visit for us.
- Cloudflare Turnstile and our anti-abuse checks. On pages with a form, Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is sending it. A hidden trap field and a limit on repeated sends are checked on our server, and the count of sends is kept there, not in your browser.
- Fonts and icons from this site. The typefaces and icons are served from this domain, so no other company's server is contacted to draw a page.
What loads only after you accept analytics
Nothing in this list is loaded or written until you press "Accept analytics". If you reject, none of it loads, on this page or any later one.
- Google Analytics 4 and its first-party cookies: which pages are visited and whether visitors return, counted in aggregate.
- Microsoft Clarity and its cookies: clicks, scrolling and session recordings, with anything you type into our forms masked.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics: page views, counted without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. It still waits for your answer.
- Your path through the site. Our form script keeps the pages you view in this tab, and your first visit and visit count, in your browser's storage. They leave your browser only inside an enquiry you choose to send. No cookie's contents are ever sent, only whether cookies are present and the analytics id. Our privacy policy lists what our enquiry forms send with a message.
What loads only when you use it
- The map on the contact page. Google Maps loads only after you press the button that shows it, and Google may then set cookies on its own domain. Our address stays readable without the map.
- Paying an invoice. A card is typed on Stripe's own checkout page and a crypto payment is made on the NOWPayments invoice page, each under that company's own cookie policy. This site loads no payment script.

Changing your choice and changes to this policy
You can change your answer at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page, or the button below; both reopen the banner. Rejecting analytics, or withdrawing an earlier acceptance, stops analytics loading from the next page on. Cookies already set can be deleted in your browser's settings. Refusing analytics changes nothing about the pages or the forms of this site.
